Medium ruby-purple in color, the 2015 Pinot Noir Sangiacomo Vineyard Roberts Road is intensely scented of baked cherries, warm cranberries and pomegranate with touches of dried leaves and Sichuan pepper. Medium to full-bodied, the generously fruited palate has a solid structure of ripe, velvety tannins and plenty of freshness going into the long, spicy finish. Anticipated maturity: 2017-2020. $58
