From the vineyard first established by the producers’ grandparents in 1927, this white is creamy in feel while also lifted by bright acidity. Apple, lemon zest and tangerine appease the palate, with accents vanilla and nutmeg in the background. The finish is refreshing and vibrant. Virginie Boone. $65
