This broad and decadent Pinot Noir is intended for the cellar, but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t joy in the now. Spicy cherry coulis, fried mushroom, dried cocoa powder and root-beer aromas dominate the nose while zesty lemon and orange peel, sage and white pepper join the party on the palate.
