The 2016 Chardonnay Sangiacomo Vineyard Roberts Road gives a restrained nose of fresh lemons, lime leaves and crushed rocks with hints of grapefruit peel, peach kernels and white pepper. Medium-bodied, tightly wound and with fantastic tension in the mouth, the palate reveals fantastic intensity and depth, finishing long and minerally. 250 cases produced. Anticipated maturity: 2018-2028.
